Processing Time
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Time frames will depend on the type of custom order, materials used, deadlines, and how many orders are ahead of yours.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping is currently available to U.S. residents only.
​
For pre-made items shipping usually takes 3-10 business days. Custom orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks or longer.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
​
All paintings ship as is.
​
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Damages
Hippy Rocker Studios is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are custom to each order as well as either handmade or custom designed ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are considered final upon payment. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. However if there is a problem or concern with your order, let us know as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it.

Commissions
All non-personalized commissions require a 50% up front payment (this is a non-refundable deposit) and 50% upon completion before or upon delivery. Once commission is completed buyer has 14 days to pay the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not payed by the date owed the product becomes the property of the artist and can be used in any fashion without permission.

All custom *unsellable commissions, wholesale & instruments require a 100% upfront non-refundable payment. Buyer responsible for all shipping fees.
Hippy Rocker Studios retains the rights to all non personalized designs and artwork and is not to be redistributed, reprinted or for resale by anyone other than Hippy Rocker Studios/Allecia Verga

*Unsellable Commissions include but are not limited to anything with a band, business and/or a person's name or logo. Any design or art that might infringe on your copy right. Any of your personal possessions you've given me to paint.
