What is Fascia? Fascia is a thin web-like casing of connective tissue throughout the body. It forms a matrix that holds every organ and blood vessel, nerve fiber, and bone in place. Fascia’s high concentration of nerve cells makes it an important organ for feeling pain. Fascia can also hold memories of trauma that can get trapped in the body, resulting in physical symptoms.

What are Fascial Maneuvers? They are a movement philosophy that heals the body. By using counter rotation to restrict the body while deep breathing, the fascia is then able to unwind and reset naturally. This balances the nervous system as w ell as the muscles, bones, and organs.

Please join us for this healing experience as we learn how to unwind the fascia and learn how to reduce our stress levels in order to balance our bodies naturally. During this class you will be introduced to what are called fascial maneuvers. We will begin the class by warming up the fascia (see fascial coffee video below). We will then proceed to do the 15 minute reset followed by the organ reset (see videos posted below). Once we have completed the facial maneuvers and have opened up the fascia Allecia will then come around and give everyone a mini reiki session.

Dress attire: Loose fitted clothing, tank tops, t-shirt, yoga pants or shorts. Please remove all jewelry and anything 

constrictive including socks.
